The worst of everything.
Until he wasn't.
Three hundred years after the Gates opened, every sixteen-year-old draws a class card — Warrior, Mage, Rogue, Tamer, Healer — and climbs one ladder from F to S. No one has ever passed S. Then Kai Drane, the joke of his Awakening, draws a flat gray card. F in everything. The worst fighter, worst mage, worst rogue in any room. Until he discovers what the gray card really does.
Learn any class
The Gray can learn every class's skills — warrior's slash, mage's spark, rogue's dash, tamer's bond, healer's mend. Each leveled separately, from zero.
Fusion Arts
Skills combined mid-motion become something new. A charge fused with a blink becomes a teleporting strike — exponentially stronger than its parts.
No ceiling
Specialists add. The Gray multiplies. Breadth times breadth, compounding forever — Kai isn't climbing one ladder. He's building his own.
